Job Title: Production Supervisor (1st, 2nd & 3rd shift openings)

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Salary: $75-85K

Job Summary of the Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor will work alongside the Director of Operations and Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include supervising staff, organizing workflow, ensuring quality control, safety coordination, materials handling, and training within the designated area.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
• Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations
• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process
• Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns
• Act as the quality inspector for areas of responsibility
• Ensure materials are readily available for production team members
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling and analyzing production performance data
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Contribute to the team effort as needed

Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 3+ years of Supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and generate results through others
• Ability to perform problem analysis and resolution
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills with understanding of Microsoft products
