We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance operations at our expanding manufacturing company. This position involves leading a team, ensuring equipment safety and efficiency, and fostering a positive maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff
• Plan and supervise maintenance activities
• Maintain production machinery and facility systems
• Reduce equipment downtime through analysis and action
• Develop maintenance schedules to support production needs
• Manage maintenance records and inventory
• Monitor and improve maintenance performance
• Coordinate equipment projects with contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and manage maintenance budgets
• Collaborate with other department leaders
• Provide technical support when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Prior maintenance leadership experience required
• Knowledge of maintenance programs and equipment
• Experience with troubleshooting various equipment
• Familiarity with PLC controls and facility systems
• Proficiency in CMMS or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of safety standards and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• CMRP or similar certification
• Project management experience
