Our client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure production performance meets quality standards in a cost-effective manner. This role reports to the company president.

• Manage production efficiency at Wautoma and Montello locations
• Oversee production schedules and implement lean manufacturing practices
• Lead teams to achieve targets effectively

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in manufacturing leadership
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
• Experience with production schedule management systems
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
