Join a fantastic CNC Machine Tool Distributor as a CNC Service Technician. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools to ensure optimal performance for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites in MN, WI, SD, ND, and nearby areas to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify areas for improvement.
• Diagnose and fix issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts.
• Use technical manuals and support to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Communicate equipment status and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete service and installation reports accurately.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and technical expertise in meeting customer commitments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Stay updated on new technologies and product changes through training.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of all equipment lines represented by the company.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CNC machinery maintenance or repair.
• Experience working with rotating machinery, spindles, and precision bearings.
• Strong understanding of CNC controls and basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with great attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 25% in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with customers and colleagues under pressure.
