This client, a privately held company with a strong financial foundation, is in search of a Corporate Growth Manager to serve as the primary contact for strategic discussions with Health Systems and other customers within the healthcare industry. The role entails expanding purchasing relationships with the client by engaging with supply chain management, executives, and department heads.
- Research and implement innovative approaches to increase sales to these facilities through direct contact via phone calls, emails, site visits, or trade shows. Travel may be required to meet face-to-face with key contacts.
- Initiate open lines of communication with accounts to enhance discussions on accounting and/or shipping matters.
- Continually enhance the reputation and services offered as a major supplier in the healthcare industry.
- Minimal travel, up to 20% per quarter.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Possess sales skills in a consultative selling or similar environment.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with both internal staff and customers.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage work tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer visits, travel, and participation in trade shows.
