Corporate Expansion Specialist

Location: Berlin, CT

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
  - Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
  - Handle day-to-day interactions such as quotations, orders, and answering questions
  - Facilitate clear communication between the company and customers
  - Work closely with the Senior Customer Service Manager to ensure prompt handling of inquiries and requests
• Business Development:
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities
  - Build strong customer relationships
  - Attend trade shows and conduct on-site visits
  - Stay informed on industry trends to enhance prospecting efforts
• Sales and Marketing Strategy:
  - Participate in the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategy
  - Manage relationships with marketing vendors
  - Ensure marketing efforts align with company goals
• Customer Service Support:
  - Provide backup support to other Customer Managers as needed
  - Ensure seamless customer service operations
• ISO Compliance:
  - Fulfill ISO Quality System requirements to maintain high standards of quality and compliance
• Continuous Improvement:
  - Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas for the department
  - Enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:
  - Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  - Experience with an ERP system (E2 Shoptech/JobBoss2 and Paperless Parts knowledge preferred)
• Technical Aptitude:
  - Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  - Apply mathematical skills to customer projects
• Interpersonal Skills:
  - Excellent communication and listening skills
  - Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service

  - Strong negotiation abilities
