Job Title: Product Engineer

Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 / year

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Product Engineer to oversee product development and lifecycle management in our Product Development Engineering team. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between design concepts and manufacturing, taking charge of product data architecture, component sourcing, and engineering change implementation.

You will play a crucial role in launching new products to the market, starting with an immediate focus on an outdoor electric patio heater project. By creating detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs), optimizing supplier networks, and managing engineering releases, you will ensure that our products are scalable, high-quality, and resilient in the supply chain.

Position Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering
• Experience: 3+ years in product engineering or related field
• Technical Expertise: Experience in managing part masters and ECNs within ERP/PLM software
• Engineering Problem-Solving: Ability to read engineering drawings and collaborate effectively with vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical exposure to electromechanical systems
• Experience with Value Engineering (VAVE)
• Experience utilizing MAX ERP software
