FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Opening: On-Site Technical Specialist
Location: Cleveland, OH

We are seeking a dedicated individual to service medical laboratory equipment, including hematology, chemistry, and coagulation analyzers, for a leading manufacturer of medical laboratory instruments. Qualified candidates should have experience in field service within the Medical Device industry, with a strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a field service engineer
- Experience with medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group
- Provide on-site training on equipment operation
