FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Technical Support Specialist

No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater DAVENPORT, IA (QUAD CITIES AREA)
Job Description:
Service medical laboratory equipment, including hematology, chemistry, and coagulation analyzers for a leading manufacturer. Previous experience in field service within the Medical Device industry is preferred. This role involves servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the Davenport, IA area.
Qualifications:
- A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline
- Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer
Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation
- Establishing strong customer relations
- Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group
- Maintain car inventory, including tools and trunk stock
- Provide on-site training on company instrumentation
