Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (NP / PA)

Compensation: $155,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a reputable medical group in Apple Valley, California. This full-time position involves working closely with a team of primary care professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, gather medical histories, make accurate diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, refer patients to specialists as needed, and collaborate with case managers for comprehensive care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, adhere to coding requirements, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
• Facilitate end-of-life discussions with sensitivity and provide support to patients and families.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, actively participate in meetings, and align with the organization's values.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California.
• Current DEA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• Strong knowledge of primary care, preventive health, and managed care principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
