Client Relations Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Our client, a financially stable and profitable company, is currently seeking Account Managers to join their internal sales team. As an Account Manager, your main responsibility will be managing a portfolio of key accounts within an established territory, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and providing them with customized solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters
  • Continuously grow sales within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contacts, understanding their objectives and proactively identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of products/services
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with customers to provide updates on account status, performance, and future plans
  • Identify and address customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with your Sales Manager to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in order to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to travel to your territory a minimum of 5 days quarterly, with the possibility of occasional trade shows
  • Proven experience in Account Management or sales within the healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
