Role

The Oracle Developer will support the company’s expanding Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. Responsibilities include development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align with standards.
• Troubleshoot and ensure system reliability.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and post-implementation.
• Document configurations, integrations, and designs.
• Work with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and support.

Location

This position is available in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Candidates from all locations are welcome. Relocation assistance is provided for non-local candidates.

Background Profile

We are seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a similar ERP/application environment.

Required Background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development or systems analysis. Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated industries preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a similar ERP platform.
• Professional experience in one of the following areas: HCM, Customer, Operations.
• Experience in application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Local to listed areas or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
