Building Controls Service Technician

Location: Marlborough, MA

Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled Building Controls Service Technician to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Building Automation Systems in various commercial facilities in Connecticut.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair BAS/DDC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Calibrate controllers, sensors, and field devices.
• Troubleshoot communication networks.
• Commission upgrades and expansions.
• Train customers on system operation.
• Document service activities.
• Respond to emergency service calls when required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Building Automation experience.
• Strong HVAC knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting DDC systems.
• Customer service mindset.
• Valid driver's license.
