Compensation: $500,000 per year

Location: Mattoon, Illinois

We are working closely with a top regional healthcare facility to hire a full-time Women's Health Specialist who is Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) as an OB-GYN. This exciting opportunity allows you to establish a thriving practice with high earning potential, while maintaining a light on-call schedule. You will be part of a large women's health team supported by an established OB-Hospitalist program, a dedicated midwife, and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to a diverse patient population in Mattoon.
• Utilize the Level 1 nursery facility for low-to-moderate risk cases and transfer high-risk cases to tertiary care partners.
• Participate in a light call rotation of 2 to 4 days per month, supported by a team of OB-Hospitalists.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, APPs, and a midwife in a multidisciplinary women's health framework.
• Adhere to facility medical guidelines and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program
• BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare providers
