Job Title: Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager

Location: Carroll, Iowa

Salary: $65K-120K plus bonus

Job Summary: The Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of the cryptocurrency mining facility. This role involves leading a team of site technicians to ensure the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mining infrastructure and the ability to effectively manage people, processes, and external partners.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians to maintain operational uptime
• Coordinate work schedules and task assignments for consistent efficiency
• Conduct performance reviews and technical training for the team
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of mining hardware for optimal performance
• Direct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair operations for mining equipment
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage Bitcoin mining platforms for configuration and monitoring
• Ensure software and hardware integration for maximum efficiency
• Maintain day-to-day facility operations
• Monitor environmental conditions and equipment longevity
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical operations experience
• Experience managing teams in a high-uptime environment
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software
• Knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure
• Electrical experience or certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• High school diploma required, technical degree preferred
• Relevant certifications are desirable
