Job Title: Production Supervisor (1st, 2nd & 3rd shift openings)

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Salary: $75-85K

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be an integral part of the manufacturing team, working closely with the Director of Operations and Production Manager. Responsibilities include supervising staff, organizing workflow, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and providing training in the designated area.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, provide feedback and coaching, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Select, train, and develop staff, ensuring personal and professional growth opportunities.
• Monitor workflow, equipment, and resources, implement cost-saving measures, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure safety and health regulations are followed, act as a quality inspector, and maintain organizational standards.
• Manage materials and supplies to support efficient production processes.
• Compile and analyze production data, answer inquiries, and provide information to stakeholders.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe work environment and support team efforts to meet production goals.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results through others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft products.
