This is a newly created position with the goal of promoting the individual to the role of General Manager (Plant Manager) within a few years. The company, a leader in producing parts for the aerospace and defense industries, is experiencing significant growth and is looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset. As the Operations Director, you will report to the General Manager, a decisive leader dedicated to fostering growth and innovation.

Requirements:
- Experience in Investment Casting Operations Management with a deep understanding of technical issues.
- 7+ years in Production Leadership roles.
- Experience with Improvement Initiatives and Six Sigma Problem-Solving Techniques.
- BS in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Equivalent Experience preferred.
- Proven track record of leading a team in an investment casting operation.
