Duties:

• Managing turnkey projects, demonstrations, and other customer projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
• Engaging in pre-sale activities such as customer visits, evaluating opportunities, assessing machines, making part processing recommendations, and proposing turnkey solutions
• Creating and executing custom demonstrations and providing training on safe CNC machining center, lathe, grinder, Swiss style lathe, and/or multi-tasking machine setup and operation
• Delivering customer training on setup and operation of CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, Swiss style lathes, and/or multi-tasking machines
• Preparing accurate cost estimates, writing engineering reports, and interpreting plans and specifications
• Traveling to customer sites for on-site training and engineering support

Qualifications:

• Experience in Sliding Headstock (Swiss) CNC machine tool related engineering and manufacturing
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of machine tool industry and company product lines
• Knowledge of Fanuc-based controls, with 5-axis experience considered a bonus
• Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred but not required
• Ability to think quickly, evaluate situations, and make informed decisions
