ROLE: The Company is seeking a Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst with expertise in JD Edwards ERP. In this role, you will collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and deliver tailored solutions to support business needs.

IDEAL PROFILE: The ideal candidate will possess strong JD Edwards knowledge (focused on financials), exceptional relationship-building skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of business strategy and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement JD Edwards solutions.
• Act as a JDE Finance subject matter expert, specializing in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and reporting.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased business value.
• Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business goals and JDE capabilities.
• Lead JDE projects from planning to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption.
• Provide training and support for JD Edwards users, promoting system efficiency and utilization.
• Champion data quality, process consistency, system governance, and financial controls.
• Stay current with JDE enhancements and industry best practices to optimize system performance.

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting JD Edwards financial applications.
• Strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards, particularly in Accounting and Finance.
• Some technical proficiency with JDE configuration, integrations, and development tools.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions that drive operational improvements.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective communicator who can build relationships across departments and locations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Reside within a reasonable daily commute to Danboro, PA or be willing to relocate.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
