Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No After-Hours Call)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) + Benefits Package
A reputable healthcare organization in the Hawthorne, CA area is in search of a compassionate and bilingual (Spanish/English) Pediatrician to become a part of their team. This position provides a great work-life balance with no on-call responsibilities, as your hours align perfectly with the clinic's operation times. You will collaborate with a supportive team to deliver top-notch care to a diverse group of pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and treatment for acute illnesses
- Provide culturally sensitive care and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families
- Perform clinical visits during regular clinic hours without any after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
- Work closely with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to enhance clinic efficiency
- Use electronic health records (EHR) for precise and timely clinical documentation
- Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive health methods
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduated from a US medical school or its equivalent (MD or DO)
- Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Licensure: Active California medical license
- Clinical Approach: Excellent interpersonal skills with a dedication to serving diverse patient populations
