An esteemed healthcare and senior living provider in Connecticut is in search of a reliable and skilled RN Supervisor for the Overnight Shift. This leadership position requires overseeing clinical and facility operations during the late hours, ensuring quality care and safety for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overnight Clinical Supervision: Oversee all units during the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift
- Triage & Emergency Response: Provide clinical support and make critical decisions during emergencies
- Unit Support & Rounds: Monitor care delivery, infection control, and safety compliance
- Admissions & Change-of-Shift Coordination: Manage admissions and handoffs between shifts
- Staff Leadership & Support: Guide and direct overnight nursing staff
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active RN license in Connecticut
- Clinical Experience: 2-3 years in SNF, LTC, or sub-acute rehabilitation
- Leadership Capability: Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Clinical Autonomy: Strong decision-making skills required
- EMR Proficiency: Experience with EMR systems for documentation
