Job Opening: Southern Project Electrical Engineer

We are excited to offer a newly created Project related Electrical Engineer role at a growing manufacturing site in Lebanon, KY of an international company. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all allocated US projects from an Electrical and Instrumentation perspective. Key responsibilities include overseeing the build and commissioning of all electrical equipment to ensure it meets all relevant codes and standards, with installations reflecting P&ID and Electrical drawings in relation to control philosophy.

This person will be overseeing the electrical work and signing off when completed. The selected candidate must be willing to travel to future sites as needed and may need to relocate or stay in a hotel/apartment. Future sites will be within 1 to 1 and ½ hours of Louisville, KY. The position will initially be based in Lebanon, KY, but after approximately 1 year, the candidate may start working at a new site.

Qualifications:

Essential

• Electrical related Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial experience in leading facility build and commissioning projects.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Proven experience managing contractors to deliver against schedule.
• Good technical experience ideally in the commercial gas industry.

Desired

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
