Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Metallurgical Engineer with casting experience to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will utilize your metallurgical expertise to create large castings for various industries including aerospace, defense, and industrial equipment. This position is available due to our succession planning and offers excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Define metallurgical requirements for casting projects
- Troubleshoot casting problems
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Lead or assist with continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- BS in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with casting metallurgy
- Team player with the ability to work with all levels of staff
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to defense work
- Experience with induction furnace melting, arc melting, and AOD refining is beneficial
- Knowledge of alloys, especially copper, is a plus
- Six-Sigma / Lean Manufacturing practices are desirable
