Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year plus bonus
Job Summary
The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will play a key role in supporting the company's objectives by developing, enhancing, and maintaining production processes. This position emphasizes process stability, continuous improvement, and assisting with capital projects, while collaborating with various departments such as Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure effective, safe, and consistent manufacturing processes.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor process performance and address issues to support daily manufacturing operations
- Develop and update work instructions, process flows, routings, and standard work
- Analyze production data for process improvement opportunities
- Implement changes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and throughput
- Support new product/process introductions with setup, trials, and documentation
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
- 4–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
