Responsibilities:

• Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer sites
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and application-related issues
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Deliver customer training and assist with project coordination
• Travel extensively to customer facilities nationwide

Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC machine tool maintenance and service experience
• Experience with PLC programming and FANUC controls
• Strong knowledge of power circuits and industrial electrical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently
