About this Role

This position is a remote travel role that requires 100% onsite presence at client projects in Houston, TX. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Project Manager will assist the Sr. Project Manager in overseeing a portfolio of large-scale construction projects, including those in the data center market, as well as in chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. Responsibilities include coordinating project aspects, monitoring progress, team and subcontractor coordination, expense tracking, budget management, and ensuring project completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

What You'll Do

• Estimate project scope and costs
• Manage subcontractors and project execution
• Maintain project documentation
• Track project expenses and budget
• Prepare reports
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings
• Research and prepare change requests
• Monitor field work for compliance
• Manage submittal and RFI processes
• Complete and track billing

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong computer skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Effective scheduling and delegation skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of reading drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with computer-based estimating
• Knowledge of billing and collections
