Seeking a CNC Sales Engineer in Manchester, CT

We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative for our client, a leading supplier of CNC machinery, Swiss tooling, and machine accessories. This position requires a strong understanding of Swiss machining processes and the capability to identify customer requirements for appropriate tooling and work holding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on Swiss machining techniques, tool holding, work holding, and machine tooling.
• Assess customer applications and recommend products that match their technical specifications.
• Address inquiries for product information and support sales efforts with practical machining expertise.
• Stay informed on developments in Swiss CNC tooling, customer requirements, and competitor products.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and marketing colleagues.
• Represent the company at trade shows when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of technical sales experience or equivalent relevant background.
• At least two years of hands-on experience with Swiss CNC machinery.
• Preferably with experience in the Swiss machining tooling industry; related knowledge will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
