Our Client is looking for a skilled individual to join their team as a Machine Assembler in New Britain, CT. This role involves building high-precision machinery and ensuring products meet world-class quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and machines based on engineering drawings, part lists, and blueprints.
• Use precision tools to achieve tolerances and operate overhead cranes for heavy components.
• Follow quality standards and accurately measure using imperial and metric systems.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean work area following lean manufacturing principles and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide feedback to support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of assembly experience or 5 years in manufacturing machine tool parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, and bend repetitively.
• Familiarity with documentation, drawings, and part lists.
• Skilled in reading schematics and blueprints with attention to detail.
• Experience in electrical wiring assembly and computer literacy is preferred.
• Having a forklift license is a plus.
