Responsibilities include overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to and from the warehouses. Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor will:
- Lead a team of 10 warehouse associates
- Develop and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Accountability for inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Manage equipment requirements and maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse operations and leadership experience in manufacturing
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
