The Senior Master Production Scheduler is the most senior individual contributor in production scheduling, acting as an expert scheduler and the main system subject matter expert for S/4HANA, PP/DS, and IBP at the site level. This role involves translating IBP aggregate plans into detailed, executable production schedules while prioritizing system optimization, data accuracy, and process compliance. As the Super User, this role offers technical support, training, and guidance to junior schedulers, serves as the link with IT and the Center of Excellence (CoE), and drives ongoing enhancements to planning systems and processes.
This role demands deep technical knowledge of SAP systems (S/4HANA, PP/DS), a solid grasp of manufacturing operations, and leadership in system optimization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, specifically S/4HANA
- Demonstrated experience as a Super User or system expert in SAP planning modules
- Experience with IBP integration and understanding of aggregate-to-detailed planning flow
