Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Welder with over a decade of experience to join our team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding, fabrication, reading blueprints, and working with various metals in a dynamic industrial or manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform top-notch welding using TIG processes
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures
• Ensure welds meet quality, safety, and structural standards
• Inspect finished welds for precision, strength, and defects
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of professional welding experience
• Proficiency in TIG welding
• Strong ability to understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience in industrial, structural, or manufacturing environments
• Forklift or overhead crane experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in industrial settings
