Compensation: $290K - $300K per year
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient)
We are looking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a dedicated outpatient healthcare organization in Los Angeles. Our mission is to provide high-quality care to underserved communities through our multiple outpatient clinics. Physicians will work closely with a collaborative care team to deliver impactful care to a diverse patient population while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
