Endocrinologist

Compensation: $320,000 annually

Schedule: Highly Flexible | ~3 Days per Week or Week-On / Week-Off Rotation Available

Location: Mattoon, Illinois

We are excited to partner with a leading regional healthcare facility in the search for a full-time Endocrinologist. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) professional to join our team. This role offers a collaborative and flexible practice model, allowing you to create your ideal work schedule and earn competitive compensation based on productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal disorders.
• Manage a patient panel focusing on diabetes care, thyroid diseases, pituitary/adrenal disorders, and metabolic bone disease.
• Collaborate with an internal specialist team to provide comprehensive care.
• Choose a flexible practice schedule, with options for 3 days per week or a week-on/week-off rotation.
• Handle minor clinical call responsibilities and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency followed by an Endocrinology Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology.
• Active Illinois state medical license.
• DEA registration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
