Salary Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour | $41,600-$52,000 annually (Salary commensurate with experience.)

Job Description

A growing industrial products operation is looking for a reliable second-shift assembly team member who can build, inspect, and prepare engineered reel-style products and related subassemblies. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on production work, take pride in clean and precise assembly, and can follow instructions in a team-based manufacturing environment.

The position involves mechanical assembly, basic electrical-related tasks, parts identification, measuring, quality checks, material handling, and documentation. Candidates with previous assembly, industrial equipment, blueprint, or hand-tool experience may be a strong fit, but individuals with strong mechanical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble product units according to drawings, work orders, and standard procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to build parts and finished products.
• Read and interpret engineering prints, assembly drawings, and written instructions.
• Identify standard and metric hardware, and select correct materials for production.
• Perform various inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation and keep work areas organized.

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years of relevant experience helpful.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Quality-minded, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a team.
