CNC Machining Engineer

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

• Manage turnkey projects, demonstrations, and customer-related projects to ensure timely completion within budget
• Conduct pre-sale activities including customer visits, machine assessments, and development of proposals
• Develop and implement custom demonstrations and provide training for safe operation of CNC machining equipment
• Prepare cost estimates, engineering reports, and interpret plans and specifications
• Travel to customer sites for on-site training and engineering assistance

Qualifications:

• Experience in Sliding Headstock (Swiss) CNC machine tool engineering and manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and company product lines
• Familiarity with Fanuc based controls, 5-axis experience preferred
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and conversational programming
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly in various situations
