Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase off-the-shelf supplies, tools, and materials at competitive prices while ensuring they meet quality standards and conform to approved requisitions.
• Work with approved suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships to ensure a reliable supply of necessary materials and tools. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with inventory and production teams to manage stock levels, ensuring sufficient supply of materials while minimizing excess inventory and costs.
• Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the purchasing process without compromising quality. Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
