Retail Supervisor - Indianapolis, IN

Our Store Manager schedule will align with our boutique hours, typically spanning from 10:30am to 7pm on weekdays. This role requires weekend availability as per business requirements.

The Store Manager will have responsibilities in sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. The incumbent must exhibit leadership, management skills, retention abilities, and hold their team accountable. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Store Manager will work collaboratively with our boutique teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma

Salary: Annual salary + individual and store bonus = an average of $70,000 per year!
