Store Manager
Retail Operations Supervisor
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Weekdays 10:30am – 7pm (weekend availability required)
The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable, and collaboration with boutique teams. The Retail Operations Supervisor reports to the District Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a polished, professional, and trendy image to represent our brand
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Learn and stay up-to-date with bridal industry trends
- Provide exceptional service with attention to detail to all clients
- Articulate knowledge of designers, garment fit, construction details, and alterations
- Exhibit qualities of encouragement and empowerment to create a positive work environment
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and store operations
- Uphold brand standards and lead a high-performance sales team
- Recruit talented individuals
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and identify opportunities for improvement
- Effectively manage time and adjust priorities based on business needs
- Possess a team-oriented mindset
- Lift up to 35 pounds for boxes and mannequins, and move multiple gowns on hangers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
- 1+ year(s) sales experience
- 5+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school degree

Salary: Annual salary + individual and store bonus = an average of $70,000 per year!
