About Us

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Director of Sales to lead and expand our semiconductor services business, specifically focusing on ASIC design. This impactful role requires a strategic sales leader with extensive industry connections and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in semiconductor services and 10-20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry at a Senior Manager or Director level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to boost revenue growth in semiconductor services, particularly in ASIC design.
  • Identify and establish key strategic partnerships with clients, OEMs, and semiconductor companies.
  • Lead and guide a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with customers, build strong relationships, and provide technical sales support to secure high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to align business strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets using a data-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-20 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong background in ASIC design.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor services (design services, IP, or related consulting).
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership at a Senior Manager or Director level.
  • Deep understanding of ASIC design cycles, semiconductor manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Strong network within the semiconductor industry, including OEMs, fabless companies, and IP providers.
  • Ability to drive complex, technical B2B sales cycles with high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area if not already a resident.
