Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales Expertise: Leverage your technical knowledge to understand customer needs and articulate the value of our HVAC solutions to clients in various sectors, including manufacturing, property management, healthcare, and government.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across diverse industries.
- Industry & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to position Goodway Technologies as a leader in the HVAC space.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and customized presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how our products address their specific challenges and enhance their operations.
- Inside Sales & Phone Sales: Utilize your experience in phone-based sales to connect with clients, nurture leads, and close deals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final sale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably with a background in phone sales.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain mechanical equipment functionality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and to represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
