Responsible for driving sales revenue for engineering services in the Automotive Domain to clients and prospects in North America.

To sell Product Engineering Services (PES) to the Automotive segment in the Transportation industry.

Achieves and surpasses revenue targets by securing new contracts and orders through prospecting and cultivating customer relationships.

Accurately forecasts and achieves annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams while monitoring growth.

Establishes and engages at the CXO level to penetrate new market and business opportunities.

Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, coordinating with the proposal and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions and builds a qualified sales pipeline.

Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and discovers new business opportunities.

Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the offshore and global delivery model.

Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5-10 years in business development within the US Geography.
  • Must have at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in selling engineering services to the Automotive domain.
  • Experience in team management would be advantageous.
