Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities
• Ensure completion of projects within schedule, budget, and with quality workmanship
• Maintain construction schedule and solve any problems that arise
• Order materials and schedule necessary inspections
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and employees
• Prepare reports and supervise completion of final punch list
• Promote job site safety and adhere to safety policies and regulations
• Maintain clean and organized job site
• Conduct progress meetings and review job cost reporting
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and provide feedback
• Establish staging plans and manage site logistics
• Collaborate with project manager in scheduling pre-construction meetings
• Provide feedback on reviewed submittals for compliance and coordination
• Ensure quality work is being put in place

Background Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in crew management or supervision of remodel/upfit work
• Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all construction phases
• Experience with retail remodel/upfit for Publix and/or Walmart is preferred
• Must have hands-on experience and strong leadership skills
