Job Title: Resort Director

Location: Waterloo, IA

Salary: $45-55K + bonus

Job Summary of the Resort Director:

The Resort Director will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the resort’s vision and mission are met. They will manage the staff and ensure the highest customer care and customer service standards.

Qualifications of the Resort Director:

• Implementing and enforcing company policies, processes, and procedures
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
• Hiring and firing staff, reviews, onboarding and training new staff
• Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility
• Collaboration with the marketing team to promote and attract new customers
• Implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
• Adhering to the company’s core values and fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Acting as a mentor and leader for the staff
• Foster and develop relationships with staff and customers
