We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Field Manager to oversee and direct our Field Service activities in the Southwest Region. This position can be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area, Houston TX area, or San Antonio TX area, as long as it is within a reasonable commute to a major airport.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate our team of Field Service Engineers to ensure that our business objectives are met and that we provide exceptional customer service. You will be the key driver in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate's Degree in a related field, although a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of direct customer interface experience, along with 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a field service environment.

Proficiency in database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint is essential for this role. Some overnight travel may be required, but no relocation assistance will be provided. Only candidates within the local area will be considered.
