THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will work closely with project owners, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, project estimators, and accounting. Duties include:

· Manage all aspects of the project, including contractual, planning, and budget management

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with project owners, architects, engineers, and clients

· Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

· Prepare and submit progress reports and attend meetings

· Coordinate permits and review design documents

· Manage the construction phase, including bid analysis and contractor performance


BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction (degree in construction management or business administration preferred but not required)

Ability to read and understand contracts, plans, and specs

Experience with AIA requisitions, project budgeting, and schedules

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office suite

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with Timberline and Procore is a plus

Strong time management skills
