Commercial Concrete Project Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Description

This position requires a strong and experienced Project Manager who can handle projects ranging from $10 million to $35 million. The projects are primarily focused on Class A high rise buildings and multi-story parking structures in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience
2. Strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control, and communication skills
3. Fluent in Prolog and Converge (a plus)

Job Duties

As a Project Manager, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the projects. This is a hands-on role that requires you to work alongside a VDC Engineer and a Project Superintendent. Depending on the project size, you may be working with additional team members. You must be open to working either as a Design-Build General Contractor Project Manager or as a Structural Concrete Subcontractor. We prioritize candidates who are willing to learn and understand the added granular cost detail of self-performing concrete work. Please note that this position does not involve supervising other Project Managers or Assistant PMs.

Location and Benefits

Project Managers will primarily work from the Jobsite, but may also spend time at the Corporate office. While our work is spread across California, the focus is on projects in LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Other positions within the company will be based mainly at the Corporate office.
