Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Omaha, NE

Salary: $75-95K plus bonus

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is tasked with the efficient delivery of projects for customers. This involves bid management, schedule creation and management, contract review, and resource planning. The Project Manager must ensure that project activities in engineering, procurement, manufacturing, service/installation, and accounting are completed on time.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules with deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation
• Perform contract review and negotiation
• Manage contracts throughout projects
• Provide project updates to management
• Prepare project documentation
• Organize project documentation in relevant programs
• Visit customers for negotiations and project meetings
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with project resources
• Implement new project management processes
• Coordinate with Engineering for internal projects
• Manage bid process

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• PMP certification would be beneficial
• Ability to conduct business in a second language is a plus
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Autonomous work ability
• Experience in contractual terms modification
• Technical requirements understanding
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Office 360 Suites
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management software

Travel:

Travel up to 25%, including international travel and occasional weekend stays for bids and projects.
