Job Title: Production Supervisor – 1st & 2nd shifts

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin

Salary: $65-75K plus bonus

Job Summary of the Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production employees during their shifts, ensuring that production goals are met in a timely manner and maintaining high quality standards. This role involves leading the production process, making real-time adjustments, and providing guidance and motivation to the team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify and address unsafe conditions
• Lead safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain product quality by enforcing safety and quality plans
• Track production yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows
• Provide guidance to production employees and ensure alignment on safety, quality, and production goals
• Analyze key performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
• Lead monthly meetings and monitor the production floor daily

Education & Experience Requirements of the Production Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in training or coaching employees
• Preferably with a background in food or beverage manufacturing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and coach employees effectively
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and willing to work long hours and weekends
