An established, physician-focused medical group in northern Metro Atlanta is looking for a skilled Board Certified Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a top outpatient clinic.

This position is ideal for healthcare professionals who excel in a patient-centered, relaxed practice setting. You will lead a collaborative team in a dedicated care pod, offering personalized, preventive care with the support of health coaches, behavioral health specialists, dietitians, and care coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care focusing on disease prevention and long-term wellness
• Lead an active clinical pod, managing care for a dedicated patient group
• Coordinate patient care across an integrated multidisciplinary network
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
• Build lasting patient partnerships through individualized care planning

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License required
• 5 to 20 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Commitment to relationship-based medicine and preventive clinical outcomes
