We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic President to lead our company based in Cedar Rapids, IA. As the President, you will oversee a wide range of services including system integration, plant automation, electrical design, construction, safety training, and advanced electrical analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Electrical, Construction, and Engineering industry
• Employee-owned company with a strong focus on growth
• Demonstrated strategic and executive leadership skills
• Proven experience in building high-performing teams and leading a division
• Expertise in Power/Safety/Electrical operations

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Des Moines location may also be considered.

Salary: Base range of $150,000-175,000 with additional incentives of 20-30%.
