HVAC Service Sales Representative

Location: Albany, NY

Our esteemed client is in need of a motivated and ambitious individual for the position of Outside Sales Representative. This role primarily involves developing and selling service agreements to commercial clients in the Albany area. While experience with commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is desirable, our client is willing to provide training to the right candidate.

The ideal applicant will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new customers. Various methods such as canvassing, networking, referrals, and social media will be employed to secure meetings with potential clients. It will be their duty to accurately track and record all sales-related activities in a CRM system, while also preparing and delivering proposals. Additionally, administrative tasks must be completed promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Preferred HVAC knowledge/experience
• Preferred business-to-business sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
